Support Engineer

Job :

• Provide onsite support (incl. technical and operation support)
• Required to be on 24 x 7 standby and response to site for critical problems outside office hours
• Troubleshooting and problem resolutions
• Onsite hardware replacement
• Hardware and software installation

Requirements :

• Possess Diploma/ITE in Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT or equivalent
• Have knowledge of TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting
• Have good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Min. 1 year’s relevant experience

Special Knowledge or Skills :

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Be proactive, dedicated and committed
• Good working attitude
