SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE (INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT)
Job Description
- Lead and manage project team in deploying IT infrastructure projects for business segments.
- Effectively apply project methodology and enforce project standards.
- Supervise and manage resource to perform project tasks such as requirement gathering and analysis, project status meeting, user acceptance testing and training.
- Manage and liaison with users on infrastructure design requirement & system solution, project work plan, project budget, project risk, project communication and documentation.
- Review requirements, specifications, status report and business processes documentation.
- Ensure projects meet scheduled milestones.
- Provide practical and hands-on services throughout project implementation.
- Lead team to develop and streamline standard operating procedures (SOP) to achieve operational efficiency and deliver quality services to users.
- Ensure corporate IT policies and SOP are strictly implemented.
Job Specification
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
- Certified CCNA is preferred with at least 5 years relevant experience.
- Project implementation experience in IT infrastracture is required.
