Corporate Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing assigned activities to ensure that the key performance targets and mission of Corporate Development are achieved within expectation.
• Be a subject expert in selected disciplines including but not limited to strategy formulation, corporate planning and development, telecommunication and IT industry knowledge, and M&A strategy formulation activities.
• Conduct and/or co-ordinate strategic projects including research, analysis, facilitation, advisory, recommendation of strategies and action plans, as well as monitor and report the performance of the Group, Singapore Telco, International business and strategic activities to the Board.
• Conduct environmental scanning and trends analysis, and alert management of industry trends, competitive plays and other factors that may have a significant impact on the direction of SingTel Group, Singapore Telco business and International Business.
• Organize, facilitate and communicate corporate planning activities, including the taking of minutes for key management meetings, so as to ensure that business planning is performed cohesively to achieve the ultimate objectives of the SingTel Group.
• Support senior and top management in presentations for Board meetings, management workshops and business planning seminars.
• Review, develop and improve department procedures and processes. 

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years relevant experience in strategic analysis, corporate planning, consulting and/or project management.
• Sharp business acumen with excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
• Financial analysis & modeling skills (Excel).
• Powerpoint preparation skills.
