Senior Manager (Business Planning & Support)
Responsibilities:
Lead a team in supporting and improving processes and systems related to sales and marketing; for greater business effectiveness:
- Review and initiate improvement of existing processes, in support of sales (via retail, channel, telesales, direct and web) and marketing and product launches.
- Support the sales units on process issues, e.g. on fulfilling sales commitments to customers or customers’ requests for changes.
- Manage and run system development and administration for various e-initiatives.
- Manage and implement various technical systems and initiatives, to support the sales hotline and increase the productivity of sales and marketing staff.
- Manage the sales commission tracking system and account transfer process.
- Manage and co-ordinate the processing of orders to ensure sales orders are closed.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering with 8 years relevant experience in a sales support role, of which 3 should preferably be in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in project and process management.
- Process development skills e.g. 6 Sigma, Lean etc.
- Good understanding of Telecommunication / IT services and solutions.
- Meticulous and responsible with strong analytical, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with senior management
