Snr Admin Assistant (Nursing Education)
The Challenge
The job holder provides administrative support for the education and training functions organized by Nursing Department. Responsible for record keeping, logistic arrangement, typing, collation and submission of documents to external and internal training providers, update and preparation of regular training reports.
Primary Functions
§ Provides administrative support to the Nurse Educators in terms of course announcement, notes printing, attendance tracking, billing and certificate distribution.
§ Updates the training information systems and maintains student databases.
§ Provides logistics support such as room bookings and maintenance of Nursing Seminar Rooms, including facilitating room set-up for laptop/projector and other teaching equipment.
§ Liaises with external training providers/agencies to coordinate Nursing-related conferences and programmes.
§ Collates Nursing Balanced Scorecard data for Nursing Education KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and generates training reports and statistics.
§ Provides general office administration such as stationery ordering, filing and data-entry.
The Requirements
§ GCE ‘O’ levels with the relevant experience in managing education/training programs.
§ Prior experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
§ Possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
§ Meticulous, possess excellent organizational and coordination.
§ Team player
§ Ability to exercise initiative, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
