Roles and Responsibilities
- To run an efficient and profitable operation of the After Sales Service Center by providing direction and co-ordination of all service related functions.
- To achieve a high Customer Satisfaction Level and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure After Sales Service Center is operating at the maximum production in terms of workshop facilities, staff efficiency, productivity and utilization.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing high degree of repair quality
- Leads and motivates employees to achieve set targets by developing and promoting team spirit and ensuring that work attitudes and work performance meets company’s objectives.
- Constantly review and streamline workflow and working conditions in order to achieve workshop labor turnover and efficient operation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive courses with at least 3 years relevant industry experience with supervisory or management level skills.
- Fresh graduate may apply.
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Must be willing to work in the west – Tuas
