Job scope:
Receive incoming phone calls
Handle customers’ enquiries
Process orders
Co-ordinate customers’ requirements with warehouse and distributors.
Requirements:
Min. GCE “O” level
Bilingual, PC literate, good communication skills
Excellent customer service mindset.
