Responsibilities

- Assist Service Engineer in installation, testing, commissioning or troubleshooting of equipment at workshop or customer’s site

- Liaise with Sales Department on service needs

- Facilitate and resolve customer’s technical and quality issues up to closure with proactive and effective communication

- Establish detailed field service reports after servicing of equipment

Requirements

- NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in servicing equipment for refrigeration is preferred

- Possess good analytical skill in troubleshooting

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be a team player

- Possess Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage
