Segment Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Analyse market needs and formulate marketing strategies. Strategies should encompass market segmentation, product positioning, product mix, packaging and bundling at the right pricing to accelerate acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conceptualise and execute promotions to reach out to targeted customers; ensure that the solutions offered are relevant and easy to understand.
- Collaborate within and across business units to deliver a positive customer experience. This includes Customer Knowledge & Research, Business Development, Product Development, Product Marketing, IS, Billing, Marcom.
- Measure, analyse and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage, control, track and optimize A&P budget.
- Conduct presentations to partners as well as customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or related discipline, with at least 4 years in a similar capacity in the Telco industry.
- Knowledge and good understanding of marketing and sales processes.
- Resource and innovative with good communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Results oriented and driven. Team player.
