Manager/Deputy Director, FSS

The Challenges

The incumbent will be responsible to take a lead role in setting the strategic direction as well as providing the operational direction in the area of Shared Service functions.

This includes:

·    Setting the financial directives with the management team and monitoring key performance indicators.

·    Ensure the units key performance indicators are met.

·    Formulating and enhancing new workflows and processes.

·    Ensuring compliance to group financial policies, procedures, accounting standards and other regulations.

Requirements:

·        A degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent

·        6 - 8 years working experience, prior hospital experience will be an advantage

·        Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

·        Strong leadership skills with ability to think and react quickly

·        Self-motivated and able to work independently
